We have entitled land for tens of thousands of units for residential development and millions of square feet of commercial projects including a wide variety of commercial uses. Our development experience includes a variety of ground-up development as well as extensive experience in renovations for retail, industrial and office properties that resulted in complete transformations of properties.

Capstone assembled, entitled and is developing The Highlands — a single-family residential, multi-family and commercial project that will add much-needed housing and commercial uses in a growing community.
Located in the Winchester Ranch planning area of Riverside County, Tangerine is Capstone's newest residential development. The 26-acre site is being entitled for 115 single-family lots.
