Capstone assembled, entitled and is developing The Highlands — a single-family residential, multi-family and commercial project that will add much-needed housing and commercial uses in a growing community.
Located in the Winchester Ranch planning area of Riverside County, Tangerine is Capstone's newest residential development. The 26-acre site is being entitled for 115 single-family lots.
Capstone is developing a 700,000-square-foot logistics property located in the North Gateway in the City of Menifee, CA.
